Front fence, rental property

Pristine Homes did an excellent job on the new front fence for our rental property. They did an amazing and awesome job. Pristine Homes undertook all aspects of the job – including removal and disposal of the old fence, building the new fence, supply of all materials, and painting the fence. This made it a very smooth and easy process for us, the clients.

All the timber and the cuts were fully undercoated beforehand. This is one of the ways that Jason, one of the owners, ensures the longevity of the fence. All the workers at Pristine Homes are very professional and friendly, and their work is outstanding. The new fence is beautiful, extremely neat and very solidly built, and will last for many years.

In addition, Pristine Homes price was very reasonable and competitive, and the fence was built very quickly, so as to cause minimal disruption to the tenants.

To conclude, Pristine Homes gets 5/5, full marks, on all criteria: attractive finished fence, very solidly built from the foundations up, all aspects of the job included, a competitive price, they thoroughly cleaned the site before leaving, and the job was completed promptly, in two and a half days. We highly recommend Pristine Homes. It was a seamless process. My family and I are very, very pleased.
